To help with fault diagnosis and sourcing of parts for your appliance it is sometimes important to supply us with the various product numbers that are located on your appliance.  These numbers include:

Different manufacturers use one or a combination of these numbers.

These numbers are usually located in specific places on certain types of appliance, below are the instructions to help you locate these numbers on your appliance.

Appliance Product Numbers

WASHING MACHINES

Model numbers are usually located on the fascia panel, if they are not you can look around the door frame when opened, around the cabinet once the door is opened or in the filter cap.  Some manufacturers, such as Beko, and some integrated machines put the numbers behind the kick strip.

TUMBLE DRYERS

The model numbers can usually be found in one of the following locations; around the door frame, door cabinet once opened, fascia or on the back.

FRIDGES / FREEZERS / FRIDGE FREEZERS

The model numbers are usually located by removing the lowest tray or salad containers, and they will be on a sticker - normally on the left hand side.  They are also sometimes found on the fascia of the appliance.

DISHWASHERS

These model numbers are usually found around the frame of the door - once opened there is normally a sticker on either the left or right hand side.  However, Bosch stamp their numbers in black on top of the stainless panel when the door is opened.

COOKERS

The model numbers are normally  located around the oven door when opened, or for range cookers sometimes remove the lower drawer and look on the side of the cabinet where the drawer went.  They can also be located on a drop down panel.

On older cookers with controls on the top, the model numbers are usually behind the controls at the back on a small slide over panel

EXTRACTOR FANS

The model numbers are usually found by removing the filters and there is a label on the frame of the fan.

HOBS

You can usually  locate the model numbers on a sticker on the underneath of the hob.

MICROWAVES

The model numbers are usually found in one of three places; around the door, around the cabinet frame or on the back of the microwave.
